We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Person for our Dubai Office
Job Description:
1.Serve as the customer’s advocate and assist with product management and development. Carry out sales work with the support of sales manager.
2.Assist sales manager to make and implement sales plan.
3.Focus on understanding the customer’s needs and expectations in depth in accordance to their budget to find suitable housing.
4.Monitor the effective resolution of guest issues that arise as a problem of the sales process to property leadership. Effectively solve customer concerns, increase customer experience and improve them satisfaction.
5.Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
6.Actively and effectively develop sales work to achieve performance indicators.
Qualifications:
1.Have a car and Dubai driving license. Visit customer independently.
2.Prefer who has experience working in real estate company or travel agency.
3.Be willing to work hard, be resilient and in turn earn high commissions, pay and returns.
Benefits:
